George Harrison
George Harrison is a root cause nurse practitioner choosing to find the causes of the issues, not just prescribing medications for every symptom. This means fewer medications and better outcomes. George treats any age patient and any medical problem, but he specializes in mental health medicine. A graduate of South University and a Sigma Theta Tau Honors graduate, George prides himself in the time he spends engaging with the patients and allowing them to participate in their healthcare choices.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner George was an emergency trauma nurse and director of nursing at Lake City Community Hospital.
Crystal Kauffman AGACNP
Crystal Kauffman specializes in Adult Gerontology and is the primary palliative care provider at Serenity. Crystal has been a friend of the owner George Harrison for 14 years and since their days at Lake City Community Hospital, both having served in the role of director of nursing in their past. Crystal was also the first student of George Harrison after he opened Serenity Health so she is familiar with the business and our unique style of keeping as much of your care under one roof as possible so health outcomes are improved.
Tammy Barbour AGPCNP
Tammy did most of her nurse practitioner education at Serenity Health so not only does she already know all of the patients she has trained specifically in our specialties and the holistic care that is provided at Serenity Health. Tammy heads up our mental health and addiction side of the practice.
Amanda Ott, DC
Amanda is a Doctor of Chiropractic medicine and has worked with George Harrison for the past 6 years. Amanda heads up the Occupational Health division of Serenity Health doing DOT exams and workplace drug and alcohol testing. At this time Serenity is not offering chiropractic care.

Serenity's providers are multi-discipline trained and Serenity Offers several niche services in addition to traditional healthcare such as functional medicine, ketamine infusions, and Botox to name a few.
