We work with counselors across the State of South Carolina to provide counseling while we provide the medical services and prescriptions.
Telehealth appointments are available for ALL types of visit. We currently serve South Carolina and Wyoming with more states to be added in 2025

We know what you are going through and you will never be judged. Some of you may know the owner of Serenity Health lost his brother to fentanyl. This is why we are so passionate about keeping you from losing a loved one or helping you stay with your loved ones.

To top all of this off, if you don't have insurance our visit price is only $85 which includes all of your mental health and primary care in one visit. NOBODY can beat our price. Addiction is a disease, just like diabetes, so why should you be charged more for treating your disease?

What about Kratom and Tianeptine (ZaZa)? Buprenorphine products s also treat these addictions as well and we can help you. Kratom and Tianeptine bind to the opioid receptor even though they are not classified as "opioids." Anything that binds to the opioid receptor can lead to dependence, tolerance, and misuse.

We offer Genesight Testing!
Come in for a collection or have the kit shipped to your home address for self collection.
Collection is easy simply swab your cheek for 10 seconds, place in the included envelope, seal and drop off at a FedEx site. Postage is already attached.
Most insurances will pay for Genesight if you have failed at least one mental health related medication. Cash price will never be more than $330 for uninsured patients and Genesight offers an income based price list.

Serenity Healthcare Solutions is a full service healthcare clinic offering Primary Care for all ages, Psychiatric and Mental Health services, Weight Loss, and Occupational Health Services such as DOT exams, pre-employment physicals, and work place drug and breath alcohol tests.
Serenity's providers are multi-discipline trained and Serenity Offers several niche services in addition to traditional healthcare such as functional medicine, ketamine infusions, and Botox to name a few.
