SMS Terms and Conditions
Serenity Healthcare Solutions does not use SMS to solicit business nor does it advertise using our SMS feature. The SMS text line 854-400-0085 is purely for your use as an alternative contact method.
When you send us an SMS you are “opting-in” to be contacted via SMS.
After the conversation via SMS is concluded the conversation is saved to your health record and deleted from our servers.
Serenity Healthcare’s SMS messaging line is not the same as the text messages you receive from the Electronic Health Record Company DrChrono. Stopping messaging from DrChrono will not stop messaging from Serenity and vice versa stopping messaging from Serenity Healthcare Solutions will not stop your automated appointment reminders from DrChrono.
We will only contact you via SMS if you have granted us permission to do so when enrolling with the practice and if we cannot reach you via telephone.
If at anytime you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us simply reply stop and we will no longer attempt to reach you via SMS.
If you wish to opt-in again simply send a text which will re-enroll you in SMS messaging.
We are a healthcare organization bound by HIPPA so in observance of that law we will never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

This is not an automated line powered by AI. When you send us a text a person will reply. Therefore there is no automated Help function however you can text help to us and someone will help you.
In summary the SMS line at Serenity Healthcare Solutions is not a marketing tool. We will never contact you on the SMS line it exists solely for you to contact us and by contacting us on the SMS line you are opting in to using it as a communication tool for the purpose of discussing your health information. The SMS line is HIPPA compliant and secure. Once the conversation is complete you will not be contacted again on the SMS line unless you initiate a new conversation. We will never sell your information as this is a HIPPA law. Message and data rates may apply. There is no automated help feature. When you contact us a person will get back to you as soon as possible.
The SMS line is only monitored during business hours. if you have an emergency call 911.
