Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only time a product may be returned after being opened is when the product is found to be spoiled upon opening the package. Supplement dates are always checked before shipping, however if you do receive a supplement that would expire before it normal course of usage, a refund or exchange will be allowed. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable medications or special order medications. For cold ship items will guarantee your product will be shipped cold with a method to allow arrival while still cold. The purchaser of the cold ship items is responsible for providing an address where the medication can be received. We are not responsible for cold ship items that are left outside while you are at work. If you will not be home to receive cold ship items please have it delivered to your work place. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will tell you what to do with the product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • You used part of the product before it expired, and it should not have expired. This does not include you not taking the medications or supplements as prescribed. All supplements and compounded medications will have a beyond use date past the date that you would need for the prescribed dose. If the beyond use date arrives and you have not taken the product as prescribed we will not refund the money for the product. If we shipped you something that has a beyond use date shorter than the prescribed dosage, we will issue a partial refund.
  • If you are unhappy with the service you received at Serenity Healthcare Solutions we will do whatever we can to make you happy, however sometimes that cannot be done. In some cases we may issue a partial refund, but we cannot refund all services in all cases. An example would be if you took a urine drug test but then we could not provide the services you needed. We will not refund your drug test in this case, but we would refund you the amount you paid for the service. If the provider made all attempts to provide services appropriate to diagnosis and prescribe medications appropriate to that diagnosis, we will not issue a refund. For example, if you feel like a controlled medication is what you need but you have not gone through the appropriate testing or exhausted all other guideline steps, we will not refund you because you refuse to try the medication we recommend. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment on the next business day at the latest. We cannot control how quickly the credit card companies and banks handle the refund, we will however initiate any refund to you card on the same or next business day.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 300 Rainbow Drive Suite 102 Florence, SC 29501.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 300 Rainbow Drive Suite 102 Florence, SC 29501. If you purchased your product through an affiliate such as Fullscript then you need to contact Fullscript and follow their refund policy. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was our mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, again unless it was our fault.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
